basis
Since I have worked in this department for four
weeks,
I would like to suggest several office guidelines
of working hours and conduct for our work efficiency and proper office
environment.
First of all, please keep our office hour from 8:15 to 4:30.

to work at 8:15 am

Finish to work and prepare to leave at 4:30 quietly
considering other co-workers working late

Keep lunch time from 11:30 to 12:15
Secondly,
visiting with coworkers with none-business purpose are not recommended during
working hours.
Lastly, personal calls using an office
telephone are supposed to be refrained if it’s not emergencies. We suggest to
use your family or medical related personal calls at lunch time if it’s
necessary.
I believe
that keeping these working policies improves our office atmosphere and efficient work process. If you have any further questions, I would

I would like to suggest several guidelines of the office policy such as working hours, employee conduct, phone policy, and office environment for our work efficiency and better office atmosphere, since I have worked in this department for four weeks.
First of all, please keep our office hour from 8:15 to 4:30.
