Our Marketing director Don Kemsak has authorized our new
slogan banners.
Please work with your individual store manager in order to secure the
proper floor space and utilize the available banner material. The new banners
should be used starting August 6 through September 4.
Please note that the banner displays should be circular or block shaped.

ReplyDeleteIt is always good to start with the most important information. What specifically did Don Kemsak authorize(add dates here)? Make a list of things he approved, and then mention at the end the sentence about individual store managers.
