Email - Partner's Availability



Hi,

I know people will be sneaking out of the office early on July 3rd, but do you think it is a good idea to get a Partners’ Meeting on July 3rd at 12:30PM (if it works for everyone)?

July 2nd does not look like it will work, and July 5th is even more difficult.

Let me know if you think the time on July 3rd will work for your Partner.  This will be at least 60 minutes.

    I would start with the last sentence and explain that based on their feedback this is the date you should meet.
