Subject: New proofing rules
Dear all,
I've identified a few areas where we can improve our efficiency that I want to share with you.
1. All artwork should be prioritised as follows:
color keys/ color separations
Thermals
POS
rule copy
2. Please pull art from the bottom of the bin, not the top (the things on the bottom should be looked at first).
3. Do not separate art according to brand (as I said in the 2nd point, art proofing should be done in the order that appears in the box).
