Thank you very much for all your help throughout my absence.

In addition I would like to point out few areas where we can improve our efficiency. Please note the following requirements in the future:

• All the artwork should prioritized as follows: color keys/color separations,thermals,POS,rule copy.
• It is crucial to pull art from the bottom of the bin, instead of the top;the bottom should be looked at first.
• Please do not separate art according to brand and please proof art in the order that it appears in the box. This will avoid having the art sitting in the box for 3-4 days, as opposed to 1-2 days. Please note that accuracy is more important than speed during proofing!
