General Office Rules

Subject: General Office Rules


Being fairly new at this department I would like to highlight some important general office rules:

1  1) Business hours are from 8:15am until 4:30pm. Lunch hour is from 11:30am until 12:15pm. 

2  2) Please keep your workspace and your environment clean and organized at all times. Clean up after  yourself! Please treat our office just like you would treat your own home.

3  3)  Phones are used for business purposes! I understand that from time to time we must take personal     calls at work, but please keep them limited.

4  4) Remember, it is also important to keep social visits to members of other departments at a minimum, as this can disrupt their productivity.
